My story

Hi! I am so excited you are here! Truly!  Welcome to my blog, just to let you know, I am not a doctor, nutritionist or practitioner. I am purely a passionate researcher and just want to share out my knowledge and the truth for those seeking answers and the right information towards a healthy mind, spirit and body. So here’s my story as to why I want to do this and a little insight for all of you!

At the age of 21, I had gained a lot of weight, created terrible problem skin, gone through a bit of a low in life and have now transformed my life completely around in the best way possible. In my posts you’ll probably come across some of my weight loss and acne photographs and you’ll be able to see for yourself. I do have a lot of people asking me how to lose weight, how I went in and out of depression, how and why I can remain calm in certain situations regardless of negative things that re-occur in my life as it does in nearly everybody’s lives.

I have always disliked the idea of taking some sort of chemical filled medication when your not feeling well or the doctors prescribes you something and you have no idea what your digesting inside your body or what ingredients are and how they are affecting your body?

All my posts are filled with knowledge that people hardly hear of because there’s always a chemical filled “EASY” alternative and  when in reality its an early  “DEATH-BED” for those that use anything unnatural from canned food, to beauty products to man made machines in the gym.

The first post I have written is-  you definitely ARE what you EAT.- You can check that out here-you ARE what you EAT!

My blog  will be talking about all sorts of solutions to a lot of the usual problems us humans face from acne, to digestion, to cancer, to allergies, depression, you name it there is a cure or prevention no matter what you’ve been told before. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do and find it all very useful and helpful.

Happy reading =)

p.s The Starsigns tab in the menu is a little obsessive part of me that I thought would be fun to put up on here for any who are interested x

Hello! I started using the pill a few years ago (can’t remember any of the names!) but had to stop taking it quickly as the hormones messed me up and I felt so depressed, couldn’t stop crying, the doctors got me to try 3 other pills and all had awful affects on my mental health! Was only using them for birth control but I know the pill and adding hormones to my body is no good for me! When I try something again it’ll be the copper coil that has no added hormones! Also as an ex student midwife the pill had always worried me anyway, especially when some people don’t want to have a period so keep taking their pill, which must have bad affects on fertility! X

Hi Betty! Thankyou so much, I am sorry to hear that but I don’t believe it’s too late to get off the medication at all! There’s always a natural way to heal your body, the medication is only a breeding ground for many more toxins and parasites to keep breeding! Let me know if you have any questions 🙂 xx

At my age 84 it really not important. My doctors are upset with me as I won’t take their medications.I take 2 to control my blood pressure and one for depression. Aspirin for pain as I am allergic to most of them.
